Version 1.2
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LeadBase, Inc. ("LeadBase," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LeadBase platform, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
LeadBase provides an AI-powered lead scoring platform that:
Each LeadBase account is associated with one (1) Creator account. The Service operates on publicly available LinkedIn data only. We do not access private messages, connection-restricted content, or any data that requires authentication to LinkedIn's platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms involved.
Before initiating any Scrape Run, you will be presented with a Pre-Scrape Disclosure ("Disclosure") that describes the specific risks associated with LeadBase's data collection methods, including risks to your LinkedIn account and risks relating to the storage of collected data. You must confirm acceptance of the Disclosure by entering your full legal name in the designated field. Your confirmation is logged with a timestamp and constitutes your record of acceptance. You may not initiate a Scrape Run without completing this step.
LeadBase's data collection methods may violate LinkedIn's User Agreement. LinkedIn actively monitors for automated activity and may respond by rate limiting, temporarily restricting, or permanently suspending accounts associated with such activity. LeadBase cannot prevent LinkedIn from taking enforcement action against your account or any Creator account you configure. LeadBase makes no representation that its methods are undetectable, safe, or compliant with LinkedIn's platform policies. You assume all risk of LinkedIn enforcement resulting from your use of the Service.
LeadBase stores Engagement Signals, Enriched Lead data, and related account configuration data on cloud infrastructure. Reasonable security measures are in place. No cloud-based system is immune to unauthorized access, breach, or data loss. In the event of a breach or data loss resulting from circumstances outside LeadBase's reasonable control, LeadBase's liability is limited as set forth in Section 9.2. This limitation does not apply to damages arising directly from LeadBase's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you collect lead data relating to individuals located in the European Union or European Economic Area through the Service, you act as the data controller for that data under GDPR. LeadBase acts as your data processor. You are solely responsible for identifying a lawful basis under GDPR Article 6 for processing such individuals' personal data and for meeting all applicable obligations under GDPR Articles 13 and 14, including data subject notification requirements. The source of lead data collected through the Service is publicly visible LinkedIn content.
If you are yourself located in the EU/EEA, LeadBase is the data controller for personal data you provide during registration and account use. We process this data to provide the Service and manage your subscription under the legal bases of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Contact: legal@leadbase.app.
If you operate a LeadBase Organizations account, the Pre-Scrape Disclosure applicable to your account type covers all Creator accounts configured under your Organization. By accepting that Disclosure, you represent that you have authorization from any third-party Creator account owners to expose their accounts to the risks described therein. You are solely responsible for claims arising from unauthorized configuration of third-party accounts. See Section 7.6 for additional LinkedIn-related disclosures.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@leadbase.app of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information updated throughout your use of the Service.
LeadBase offers three self-serve subscription tiers. All tiers include one (1) Creator account, daily scrapes, access to all Routing Destinations, and the full AI scoring model. Tiers differ by monthly Engagement Signal volume, Enriched Lead export allowance, lead history retention, API access, and support level.
| Starter $49/mo | Pro $149/mo | Business $449/mo | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Signals / month | 2,000 | 12,000 | 40,000 |

| Annual pricing (20% off) | $39/mo | $119/mo | $359/mo |
The Enterprise plan is designed for high-volume solo creators and founders whose engagement volumes exceed Business tier limits. Enterprise plans are custom-priced and negotiated directly with LeadBase. Contact us at sales@leadbase.app to discuss. Enterprise plans may include custom signal caps, expanded lead export allowances, SLA guarantees, dedicated onboarding, and invoice billing.
The Organizations plan is designed for agencies, social media managers, and teams managing multiple Creator accounts from a single dashboard. This is a separate product surface from the standard tiers and includes multi-Creator management, consolidated reporting, and team access controls. Organizations pricing is custom and available by contacting sales@leadbase.app.
Pro and Business subscribers who exceed their monthly signal limit are billed at $10.00 per 1,000 additional signals. Enriched lead exports beyond the monthly cap are billed at $0.10 per lead. Overages are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and charged to your payment method on file. We will notify you by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly signal cap. We do not suspend Service at the cap - usage continues and overages apply. Starter plan subscribers who reach their signal cap will have scraping paused until the next billing cycle unless they upgrade.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 10 (Cancellation and Termination) or as required by applicable law. You authorize LeadBase to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies arising from your use of the Service, excluding taxes on LeadBase's net income.
If payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method for up to 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, your account may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved. Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days before deletion.
You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes, including identifying and qualifying sales prospects from publicly available LinkedIn engagement data.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Each LeadBase subscription is authorized to monitor one (1) Creator account. You represent that you have a legitimate business reason for monitoring that account. You acknowledge that applicable privacy laws may impose obligations on how you process and use engagement data derived from that account, and you are solely responsible for compliance with those obligations.
LeadBase collects and processes: (a) account and billing information you provide; (b) Engagement Signals collected on your behalf from publicly available LinkedIn content; (c) enriched profile data fetched on your behalf via third-party data providers; and (d) usage and performance data from your interactions with the Service.
With respect to Enriched Lead data processed through the Service, you act as the data controller and LeadBase acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process personal data under applicable law (including GDPR Article 6 and equivalent frameworks). LeadBase processes such data solely on your instructions and for the purposes of providing the Service.
Engagement Signals and lead data are retained for the period corresponding to your subscription tier: 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, and 1 year for Business. Enterprise and Organizations retention periods are specified in the applicable order form. Upon account cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@leadbase.app.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure for data collection and enrichment. These providers access only publicly available data. LeadBase is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers beyond its contractual obligations with those providers. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.
When you configure a Routing Destination (Notion, Monday.com, email, or webhook), you authorize LeadBase to transmit Enriched Lead data to that destination on your behalf. You are responsible for your use of and compliance with the terms of those third-party platforms. LeadBase is not responsible for the data practices or availability of third-party Routing Destinations.
LeadBase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Use of the Service in connection with LinkedIn is at your own risk. LeadBase does not guarantee continued access to LinkedIn data and is not liable for any disruption caused by changes to LinkedIn's platform, enforcement actions, or terms of service. See Section 3A for the full risk disclosure applicable to LeadBase's data collection methods and the acknowledgment required before initiating any Scrape Run.
LeadBase and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, scoring logic, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of User Content you submit to the Service. You grant LeadBase a limited, non-exclusive license to use User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant LeadBase a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LeadBase does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data collected will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadBase's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall LeadBase be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply to damages arising directly from LeadBase's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Enriched Lead data is derived from publicly available sources and AI inference. LeadBase makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any Enriched Lead data. You are responsible for independently verifying data before using it in business decisions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
LeadBase may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; or (c) continued operation of your account poses a legal, security, or reputational risk to LeadBase or third parties.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow for export requests, after which it will be deleted. Sections 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadBase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, including LinkedIn's terms of service; or (d) any data you collect, process, or distribute through the Service. This indemnification does not apply to claims arising directly from LeadBase's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadBase regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by LeadBase to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. LeadBase may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
LeadBase is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, third-party platform changes (including LinkedIn), or government actions.
