Service Description

LeadBase provides LinkedIn lead generation, scoring, and CRM integration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn's terms of service
• Providing accurate and complete information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service except as permitted
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

LeadBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
